Professional Journey

My career began early in rural Oregon, where I wrote a play about the founding of our community in the fourth grade that successfully earned media coverage in the local paper. I landed my first professional job while in high school, working at the local TV station.

My work to support local journalism and industry leaders has forged a perspective grounded in hope—that communities across the Pacific Northwest can truly make a lasting impact by working together.
